Risk of Loss & Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to you once it has been accepted by the carrier. If tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered successfully fulfilled.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost, delayed, or stolen, please follow these steps:

Incorrect Address Policy
